From 2000 to 2001, Wafer's new generation IP billing system had been widely applied by many telecom carriers home and abroad. Meanwhile, Wafer Systems Ltd. started close cooperation with Cisco Systems Inc. in NGN application. In 2002, Wafer Systems took part in the implementation of Sichuan Unicom Data-Voice Comprehensive Commercial Network i.e. China Unicom Sichuan Branch first NGN commercial network,. Since 2003, Wafer Systems Ltd. has formally become Service Provider Solution Partner of Cisco Systems Inc. in the area of IP voice application, IP billing, and OSS solutions.
