Wafer Systems, a leading network solutions and
services provider in Asia, has signed an agreement with Motorola's
Commercial, Government and Industrial Solutions Sector Multiservice
Networks Division Asia Pacific to provide Network Convergence
Solutions, using Motorola technology to companies in Hong Kong.
Under the agreement signed, Wafer Systems will distribute
Motorola's Vanguard series of wide area, end to end multiservice
networking solutions in Hong Kong. The Vanguard series offer an
extensive selection of hardware and software, providing superior
enterprise solutions for linking large central sites, regional
concentration points, and branch and local access environments.
In addition, Motorola also provides packetized voice
capability with voice for IP and frame relay networks, thereby
creating a flexible enterprise-wide solution as well.

In addition, the solution is cost-effective and affordable
as the same bandwidth can carry more data, voice, fax and video.
