Network O&M Service
  • During the period of contract, we will provide 7x24 hours telephone support service;
  • Monthly/quarterly, a senior engineer will have network inspection on site, log analysis, problem search and redundancy testing services;
  • And provide field service in case of emergency within the scheduled time, regularly update web document, reflect network change, if need, have software upgrades and configuration change.
  • Except for very special products, we have established an exclusive Definitive Hardware Store (DHS) for users to meet the user's requirement. So it can ensure if there is a problem occurs, we can provide the hardware with same function to guarantee the normal operation of the user's system.
