Account Manager (MNC, Enterprise, SP, Major Account)

Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu

Job description
1.Proactively achieve defined sales target and commitment, have a passion to serve and to achieve the highest customer satisfaction in aggressive, energetic and persistent manner
2.Responsible for Contract Signing with Customers, assure the Contract to formulate and implement in order, assist in follow up with customer payment collection
3.Liaise with other internal departments to provide clear instructions upon problem shooting to customers through out entire pre-sales and project implement process
4.Analyze market and dealer information, market trend, market price and benchmarking, review existing company sales strategies, marketing plan, projects services, product development and actively propose feedback and ideas for company’s review
5.Complete and update relevant sales report in timely manner, submit sales analysis and monthly/annual analysis report regularly
6.To maintain designated existing client base, update and formulate accounts management system
7.Other Ad-hoc duty as assigned by direct Supervisor / Manager


Job Requirements
1.Tertiary Education
2.At least 2 years solid sales experience in System Integration Industrial, or from multinational company, telecommunication or data networking communication company would be an advantage
3.Possess telecom or relevant SI professional knowledge preferred, obtain rich product knowledge
4.Strong communication and management skill, able to work under pressure and with good team spirit
 

SP Engineer (Pre-sales)

Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou

Job Responsibility
1.Work closely with the Sales Team to collect market clue/resources, identify market need and customers requirements
2.Provide customers technical solution, participate in tender bidding process, consolidate company internal and external resources, provide technical solution to tackle problem through out the whole tendering process including tender technical analysis, technical consultation, support and Q&A
3.Collect and analyses customers needs to lead customer in the aspect of technical consideration and product selection
4.Sustainable education and enrich related professional skill, keep abreast of main-stream product and technology development of our major suppliers, explore ability in product / solution development
5.Co-ordinate with Marketing Department for case analysis, assist in preparation of marketing tool / material
6.Summarize and submit technical project case report, co-ordination for team to identify company’s value added solution
7.Implement technical training to customers and internal departments
8.Co-operate with Technical Customer Service Team to ensure timely trouble shooting solution for Projects

Job Requirements
1.At least 2 years solid experience in telecom service provider on Network Structures, in-depth knowledge in IP core network, WAN and LAN
2.Familiar with full series Cisco products, especially for middle to high end router, exchange server, security, wireless and data-center product
3.Familiar with various major system network structure, routing Protocols, network security system and network maintenance mechanism
4.Good communication and presentation skill with excellent solution design and planning technique
5.Degree holder in System Engineering, obtain relevant professional qualifications with fundamental system networking technical knowledge 
Good written and oral English (English Level 4 or above) or same standard, ability to read/understanding English written script.

2.Familiar with full series Cisco products, especially for middle to high end router, exchange server, security, wireless and data-center product
3.Past experience in dealing with large scale project would be an advantage, possess CCIE and CCNP Professional Certificate preferable
4.Excellent System Design, Customer Negotiation, Technical Solution Presentation Skill required
5.Good communication and presentation skill with excellent solution design and planning technique
6.Degree holder in System Engineering, obtain relevant professional qualifications with fundamental system networking technical knowledge
7.Good written and oral English (English Level 4 or above) or same standard, ability to read/understanding English written script.

 

Network System Integration Engineer

Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu

Job Responsibility
1.Conduct various scale projects installation,testing and maintenance service
2.Provide technical support to tackle problem through out implementation and maintenance project. Responsible and assist in other related I.T. issues.
3.Co-ordinate with sales team to design sales proposal and implementation plan, compile with standard requirements to submit audit report and Q&A service 
4.Develop and maintain good customer relationship, ensure timely problem / trouble shooting solution, carry out technical training to external customers
5.Keep abreast of company main-stream product and technology development, provide quality pre-sale service support 
6.Acquaintance to Company product and customers feedback, timely response valuable ideas and solution for managements information
7.Complete designated tasks or any ad-hoc duty as assigned by direct Supervisor / Manager

Job Requirements
1.Tertiary education in Computer Science from recognized institute, at least 5 years solid experience in system network engineering
2.Familiar with Cisco full series products, possess CCIE and CCNP Professional Certificate
3.Possess excellent large system network project experience, relevant experience as System Network Project Manager or Senior Network System Engineer a must 
4.Obtain System Network pre sale support ability, possess independent problem solving solution skill and able to implement technical training 
5.Ability to communicate in English with good English writing skill 
6.Good health condition, hard working, integrity and sense of responsibility
7.Service oriented, good team player and strong sense of commitment
